Sydney K. Hecimovich is an associate with Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP. Ms. Hecimovich regularly represents organizations in patent, trademark, copyright, and contract disputes before Federal Courts and the International Trade Commission. In addition to litigating intellectual property disputes, Ms. Hecimovich has experience in advising clients on intellectual property protection.
Ms. Hecimovich has experience in a wide variety of technical areas including home fitness technology, consumer electronics and software, genomics, home automation and security, kitchen and bath fixtures, and telecommunications. In addition to working with a wide range of technologies, Ms. Hecimovich has supported clients with diverse backgrounds such as independent inventors, universities, and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP, Ms. Hecimovich practiced as an IP litigator for a national law firm in both their Salt Lake City, UT and Milwaukee, WI offices. -
