Scott M. Miller

Scott Miller is Of Counsel to Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP.  Mr. Miller has experience in all areas of patent law. In particular, he concentrates his practice in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a number of technology fields, including in the electrical engineering, telecommunications, and mechanical and materials fields. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in patent prosecution matters related to medical delivery devices. Mr. Miller also conducts legal research, and provides technological advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses, and litigation matters. 
 
Prior to joining LS3, Mr. Miller worked for The Boeing Company as a Patent Prosecution Professional. His work experience also includes a DNA Justice Project at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office. Mr. Miller also conducted physics research in the field of atomic force microscopy at Duke University Nanoscience Lab.
