Madrid joined Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP as the Resources & Operations Administrator in September 2023. With a background on the vendor side of the legal industry, Madrid specialized in interdepartmental operations coordination and large litigation project management. She now assists the Executive Director with various aspects of law firm management and the attorneys with assorted projects. Madrid is proficient in French.Having visited more that 40 countries, Madrid is a global traveler and loves learning about various people and their cultures. She's an enthusiastic Chicago sports fan. She has managed successful campaigns for locally elected school board and county board members and created websites for small businesses. Her true passion is being a favorite "Auntie" to the neighborhood kids.-
