Jae Y. Pak

Jae Y. Pak is a partner with Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and prosecution in the telecommunications, software, data analytics, mechanical, and electrical areas.  Mr. Pak has experience successfully representing clients in patent litigation proceedings involving networked computing devices, software, and LED technology, including experience with pre-filing investigations, contentions, written discovery, claim construction, motion practice, expert and fact witness depositions.
Prior to joining LS3, Mr. Pak worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation in the role of integrated product team lead for the U.S. Coast Guard and Mission Control Systems Program. In this role, he managed the U.S. Coast Guard Fifth National Security Cutter (NSC-5) communications systems contract and researched and developed the next generation of communications systems for the U.S. Coast Guard.
