George I. Lee is a founding partner of Lee Sullivan Shea & Smith LLP with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in the area of intellectual property law. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation in the federal, state and appellate courts, patent portfolio development and prosecution as a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, client counseling, due diligence investigations and patent opinion work.
Mr. Lee has prosecuted patents and litigated cases across the country in a diverse array of technical disciplines and technologies ranging from telecommunications, networking and internet hardware and software, consumer audio and video electronics, network monitoring and security, electronic trading software, navigation systems, optics, imaging, data compression, semiconductors, automotive and manufacturing processes.

As a practicing electrical engineer, he worked for a major electronics manufacturer before entering the legal profession.
